The past 25 years of my career have purposefully constructed my most meaningful endeavor yet. Through all the rewarding and challenging assignments along the way, including managing some of the most complex projects and programs in the design and construction industry, I had the unique opportunity to experience real hurdles that businesses face from the inside.

My days as a young civil engineer, eager to change communities with impactful facilities and infrastructure, were eventually overshadowed by a passion for finding ways to really move the needle. I wanted to know how businesses operated and to understand how they could be even more profitable – this led me to realize that even the best AEC firms don’t necessarily have their operations, sales, and project delivery houses in order.

I began developing training programs for Project Managers, giving them the skills and tools necessary to effectively manage multiple projects. I got immersed in business development, created market growth strategies, facilitated leadership development programs, and have served on Boards of Directors for profit and non-profit businesses.

I saw an opportunity to help alleviate the pressure of business owners feeling like they need to be good at it all; and I enjoyed working with them to not only become better managers, but to help their businesses succeed.

As a result, I am proud to introduce my latest endeavor, Lozanoff Consulting Services. And I look forward to getting to know you.
